Purpose
These terms govern access to the site geo-instrumentation.fr and its use. They apply to any visit, whatever the device used. The site's publisher is identified in the legal notice.
Access to the site
The site is free to access and requires no account. The publisher endeavours to keep it available at all times without being able to guarantee it: an interruption may occur for maintenance, for an update, through a host failure or in a case of force majeure. Unavailability gives rise to no compensation.
Network access costs and the equipment needed to browse the site remain the visitor's responsibility.
Site content
The information published — descriptions of technologies, markets and expertise — is provided as a guide. It presents the company's activity and constitutes neither a contractual offer nor a performance undertaking. Product characteristics change; only a written, signed proposal binds GEO Instrumentation.
The publisher takes the greatest care over the accuracy of what it publishes and corrects any error brought to its attention. It cannot, however, guarantee that the content is free of inaccuracy or up to date at every moment.

A short quotation, with the source named and a link to the original page, remains free.
Expected use
The visitor undertakes not to use the site in a way that could disrupt its operation or that of the hosting. Excluded in particular: attempts at unauthorised access, bulk scraping of pages, sending malicious content through the contact form, and using the form for prospecting or unsolicited mailing.
Contact form
The form is there for making contact in a professional context. The information entered must be accurate. Its processing is described in the privacy policy. A message sent through this form does not constitute an order and binds neither party.
